Our services are cost-effective. We offer a 3 tiered service, depending on your budget and requirements. You fully dictate your prices!
WILL I NEED TO SPEAK TO A LOT OF PEOPLE TO START HIRING CANDIDATES?
You will work directly with our team in the sourcing and hiring of your staff, no frills.
SO WILL YOU MANAGE MY VA FOR ME THEN?
Short answer is, No, we won’t. We will provide the sourcing and hiring services for you, but you will work directly with your VA. This is with the understanding that you will provide them ample training and feedback to avoid unforeseen issues. Documentation is your best friend.
YOU’RE SUCH A SMALL COMPANY, HOW DIVERSE IS YOUR DATABASE?
We have access to about 6000+ candidates in our database, from VA’s, to Developers, Researchers, Telemarketers even to Customer Support Staff, we can provide you a myriad of potential staff to choose from, based of course on your desired skills and experience.
WHAT IF MY VA DOESN’T WORK OUT? DO I GET A REFUND?
As we only offer matching services, we do not give back refunds. In the event that your staff does not work out, you may contact our CEO again, and she will find a replacement staff for you for a smaller cost, compared to the initial search**.
**5-day guarantee – We will waive the fee if candidate does not come back within 5 days. Beyond 5 days, we will charge 50% of the ONE TIME PAYMENT based on the tier.
WILL YOU CONTINUE CHARGING ME AFTER MATCHING ME WITH A CANDIDATE? SOME COMPANIES DO THAT.
Most staffing firms will charge you a monthly recurring fee for their services. With us though, we only charge a ONE (1) TIME matching fee, and nothing beyond that. You will transact directly with your candidate after they sign your contract.
